Professional Smoke Cleanup in Phoenix, AZ

When dealing with fire damage, proper cleanup is crucial to restoring your property safely and efficiently. At Arizona Restoration Contractors, we follow a structured, step-by-step process to ensure your home or business is free of soot, smoke, and lingering damage.

Our Fire & Smoke Cleanup Process:

1.  Assessment and Safety Measures:  We begin by assessing the extent of the damage and ensuring the area is safe for cleanup. This includes checking for structural issues and potential hazards and creating a safe work plan.
2.  Ventilation and Water Removal: We ventilate the area using fans and open windows to remove smoke and soot. If water was used to extinguish the fire, we extract it quickly to prevent mold growth.
3.  Soot and Smoke Removal:  Using specialized cleaning agents and HEPA-certified filters, we remove soot and smoke residues from walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
4.  Cleaning and Sanitizing: We thoroughly clean all affected areas, including personal items, using industrial-grade cleaners and fogging equipment to eliminate odors.
5.  Restoration: Finally, we restore the property to its original condition. This may include minor repairs, painting, drywall replacement, or even major structural repairs if necessary.
