While mold inspection and mold testing work hand in hand, they are distinct services. Mold inspection involves visually identifying mold growth, moisture issues, and potential problem areas. Mold testing, on the other hand, involves collecting air or surface samples to detect mold spores and identify specific mold types.

In cases where mold is suspected but not visible—such as when a musty odor is present—our technicians will perform air, surface, and material testing to accurately identify mold presence and concentrations. This step helps us create a precise remediation plan.
