We interviewed several restoration contractors before deciding. Tim was clearly a cut above the rest. He did the work promptly, professionally, thoroughly, and for a great price compared to other proposals. He also helped us work through our insurance claim to get a fair settlement. I would highly recommend this contractor and I would definitely use them again (although I hope I never have another flood!) Read more

The owner came out to check it out initially and was honest and told us exactly what would happen. Weeks of construction and going back and forth with our insurance company, everything he said happened so there were no surprises. His crew was a great and communicative. They did excellent work and always cleaned up after themselves. The finished project looks like nothing ever happened to our kitchen. Walls were rebuilt cabinets were rebuilt and you never would be able to tell. Nothing but great things to say about this company. Read more

They responded immediately, even on a weekend, which was a huge relief. The team started the work right away and made sure to stop further damage. Working with the insurance company was a long and difficult process, but they handled everything confidently and professionally. They kept me updated every step of the way, and they always answered my calls with helpful solutions. I worked directly with Tim, and he was outstandingly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Tim also helped me find a great roofer, who completed the roof repair quickly and did good work. I’m very happy with the results and with the service overall. Read more

RestoPros was my first experience with mold remediation and it was so smooth and easy. The communication and client involvement is top notch. They took care of mold in a townhouse for me with no disturbance to the neighbors. I was amazed. Alex and Bailey are a fantastic team and do a great job of explaining what’s going on inside the walls. I am beyond happy and very grateful to them. Read more
