We've Got You Covered 24/7, 365 Days a Year
A failed supply hose behind the washing machine can push water across your laundry room floor faster than most people expect. Fast washing machine leak cleanup is what keeps a soaked floor from becoming a subfloor and drywall problem, and it is where our crew at Arizona Restoration Contractors starts. We track down the water you can see and the water already hiding under the machine and inside the wall.

A washer is one of the most common indoor flood sources, but it is rarely the only one in a home. The same rapid response works no matter which appliance let go.
Worn supply hoses, cracked drain lines, and loose fittings cause most of it. We regularly handle dishwasher leak water damage, refrigerator and ice maker line leaks, garbage disposal leaks under the sink, and water heater leaks that soak the floor and lower wall. A clogged AC or HVAC drain line can do the same slow damage while nobody is watching.
Water never stays put. Within a few hours it wicks up into baseboards, slides under the flooring, and soaks the bottom edge of the drywall. Leave it a day or two and warped boards, peeling paint, and the first mold behind the wall are all on the table.
Soft baseboards, a musty smell near the laundry area, and bubbling paint all mean the water has traveled. The earlier we dry it, the less has to be torn out and rebuilt later.

We stop the water at its source first, then pull out everything standing on the floor. Our technicians use moisture meters to map exactly how far it spread, then place air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the structure from the inside out. Materials too far gone to save come out, and since our rebuilds are done in house, the finished repair matches what was there before.
That path from extraction to rebuild is the same one we run on any indoor leak. You can see how each step fits together across our water damage restoration services.
