All services are performed by IICRC Certified Restoration Professionals (WRT, FSRT, AMRT). We are BBB accredited and follow industry standards and safety protocols.

2. Emergency Services & Authorization

By requesting emergency restoration services, you authorize Arizona Restoration Contractors to enter your property and perform immediate mitigation efforts to prevent further damage. Emergency services may include water extraction, drying equipment placement, demolition of affected materials, mold prevention measures, and related actions.

We are available 24/7 for emergency response. Delays in mitigation may result in increased damage, for which we are not responsible.

3. Free Onsite Assessments & Estimates

We provide free onsite assessments and detailed estimates for restoration services.

Estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection.

Additional work may be required if hidden damage is discovered.

Pricing may change based on scope adjustments, materials, or unforeseen conditions.

Estimates are not guarantees of final cost unless expressly stated in writing.

4. Insurance Claims

We may assist with insurance documentation as a courtesy.

Insurance coverage and claim approval are not guaranteed.

You remain responsible for deductibles, uncovered services, or denied claims.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Emergency mitigation services are billable once initiated.

Late payments may be subject to interest, collection costs, or legal action.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide safe access to the property

Disclose known hazards (e.g., asbestos, mold, electrical issues)

Secure personal valuables when possible

Ensure utilities are available when required for service

7. Limitation of Liability

Arizona Restoration Contractors shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing or hidden damage

Structural conditions not visible during inspection

Mold growth caused by delayed mitigation

Loss of personal property not resulting from our direct negligence

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are performed using industry-standard restoration practices.

No express or implied warranties are made regarding future conditions.

Complete restoration of all damage cannot be guaranteed.

9. Cancellation Policy

Non-emergency services may be canceled with reasonable notice.

Emergency services already initiated are non-refundable.

Cancellation fees may apply once labor or equipment has been deployed.
